QuadTech acquires Vigitek!


  
We've got great news - Vigitek has been acquired by QuadTech, a leading designer and manufacturer of automated control systems.  QuadTech, based in Sussex, Wisconsin, USA, sells its systems in more than 100 countries to the packaging, gravure publication, and web offset newspaper and commercial markets. It is a subsidiary of Quad/Graphics, the largest privately held commercial printer in the Western Hemisphere.  And, like us, QuadTech is ISO 9001:2000 accredited.  

All the staff and management at Vigitek were excited today when Karl Fritchen arrived on site to formally announce the takeover.  
 
Vigitek will become a subsidiary of QuadTech, and the headquarters will remain in Limerick, Ireland.  In addition, our products will keep the trusted Vigitek name, and gain a powerful new branding identity: “Vigitek, a QuadTech Company.”   read more..
